EDUCATION
November 2005 / Master’s Degree in Industrial Biotechnology at the University of Parma with final grade 110/110 cum laude. Title of the thesis: “Deletion of RAG5 gene, codifying the hexokinase, augments the life span of the yeast Kluyveromyces lactis”. The research was carried out in the laboratory of Molecular Genetics in the “Department of Genetic-Biology of Microorganisms-Anthropology-Evolution” of the same University.
July 2003 / Degree in Biotehcnology at the University of Parma with final grade 110/110. Title of the thesis: “Expression of the human protein Nerve Growth Factor (hNGF) in the host Kluyveromyces lactis”. The research was carried out in the laboratory of Molecular Genetics in the “Department of Genetic-Biology of Microrganisms-Anthropology-Evolution” of the same University.
