(pop up businesses).

Booth space is $30 each. Space size is 10’ by 10’. Please provide your own tent, table, and chair(s). Wi-Fi will be available.

Vendor Rules

- Registration deadline is July 24th or until spaces are filled.

- Registrations can be accepted by mail with payment for booth space included (no cash). Or registrations can be accepted through PayPal accessed on our webpage at www.plainstheater.com. Email notification will then be sent to confirm.

- Set up

- Set up can be available on Friday Night when arrangements are made. We recommend the Cobblestone Suites & Inn hotel in Eads if you stay in town.

- Saturday morning from 6 am to 8:30 am

- Parking instructions will be given that day.

- Advertisement – FB page: Crow-Luther Cultural Events Center – Please post on our event page to add excitement for your products (Maine Street Bash).

Local radio(s); Newspapers (Lamar, Holly, Cheyenne Wells, Tribune, Kiowa County, Kit Carson, Ordway, Hugo) Other events in Eads that day include a Golf Tournament, Maine Street Crash Demolition Derby, and the Maine Street Dash Color Run so there will be a good crowd in town anxious to come down to the street festival known as the Bash.

- Displays should fit within rented space and not impede into neighboring areas or walkways!

- Please be advised that this is located at a street festival and it may be hot for a few hours during the day. Tents and other cooling methods depending on your needs are recommended.

- Children may attend the Bash. This is a kid friendly event with lots of games an fun for the kids to enjoy in a safe environment. However, please keep an eye on them. Problems will be brought to your attention and if there is no solution, you will be asked to leave.

- One vendor/one business per booth. No booth sharing allowed.

- One vender per business will be allowed (i.e. Scentsy, Pampered Chef). If you are second to register, we will put you on the waiting list if you would like. Contact will be made via phone or email.

- Please respect other vendors and do not sell outside your booth.

- Crow-Luther Cultural Events Center reserves the right to refuse any vendor or company.

- Each vendor is responsible for cleaning their booth area after the show (including stacking table(s) if purchased.

- Vendor agrees to occupy the assigned space and stay till end of show. Breaking down your booth before the end of the day is discouraged.

- Refunds will not be available after July 24th. Please advise us if you are unable to make it in a prompt fashion. No refunds due to weather. Show will not be cancelled due to weather.

- Release of Liability

I hereby agree that the Crow-Luther Cultural Events Center and/or any person operating under its jurisdiction or authority, shall not be responsible or legally liable for any loss or damage of any kind occurring to any artwork or item of exhibits limited to damage for fire, vandalism, theft or bodily injury and/or accident. I have read all the stipulations regarding the Crow-Luther Cultural Events Center Maine Street Bash and agree to abide by them.

I hereby agree that I will be held legally liable for any damages that incur do to product, display, or person, including but not limited to damage to the floor, bleachers, walls, other vendors displays, etc.
