Please follow these tips:
FAMILY GROUPS AND ARTICLES
· Super family groups "Beverages", "Meals" and "Misc." are hard coded into the system.
You can add as many family groups to these super categories as you need to.
· Please keep in mind that article names can be no longer than a maximum of 25 characters!
· PLUs (article IDs) are optional, you can skip them if you don't have any. 0,1, and 2 cannot be assigned.
· Add the appropriate VAT in columns 3 and 4.
ORDER FLOWS
· You also need family groups for the articles that you want to call up for an order flow.
· The name of these family groups must contain the name of the article(s) that trigger the order flow (here in green)
· Please also let us know whether it is an optional or a mandatory order flow (here in red).

· Please let us know if you offer money vouchers to your customers. We will create them for you in the system and explain to you how to use them.
