Cargo is carried on special pallets or as bulk cargo. With the airborne cargo handling device automatically controlled by operator, rolling and winch equipment ensures easy cargo loading and unloading, drive in/out of vehicles process. Besides the An-74-200 features the unique capability of rear ramp retracting under the fuselage allowing to minimize further loading and unloading time.

Аll ACs before sale periodic maintenance service CR CHECK will be executed - hence following CR CHECK is expected through 300 +-30 hours, only 12 forms.

The appointed resource:

-The plane-40000 of flight hours, 20000 landings, 30 years.

-The engine-9000 of hours.

-APU - restrictions are removed.

PROLONGATIONS are necessary for CARRYING out:

- The plane - every 2 year,

- The engine - through every year

-APU - through every year

The Buyer will give the Letter on interest and will confirm readiness to buy the plane for a suggested price. Lets out LOI for a suggested price and will approve, that the Buyer is ready to expose the deposit of 5 % before survey of the plane and not later than within 10 days from date of the LOI. Conditional deposition should be in the Europe.

The plane will be removed from the market for the coordinated period for survey and signings of the contract.

Payment only 100 % under the contract.

CONDITIONS OF THE OFFER AND PROCEDURE.

We are ready to sell FIVE AN-74-200.

The prevention:

1. We carry on negotiations with some clients and consequently we do not guarantee that any plane will not be sold.

2. We guarantee only within a month the specified prices.

3. We guarantee installation of any additional equipment aboard the plane (It will be an additional payment).

4. We guarantee that the plane will have resource prolongation agrees requirements Antonov Design Bureau (ADB) not one year, and TWO years!!

Delivery term – 60-90 days a maximum.

Repayment terms - 100 % an advance payment.

For your attention that our offer can receive the status official only after reception of the Letter on interest from you and transfer to you of the official offer, which period of validity no more than 15 days before date of signing of the contract.

For purchase of planes the Buyer will send LOI with instructions of full details of a site and all contacts, and also details of the bank.

In LOI the Buyer will confirm readiness to buy and will specify quantity of planes and the price.

The buyer can make the Appendix to LOI for the equipment list which should be by the plane at sale. The buyer will specify in LOI that he guarantees full payment under the contract and is ready to pay the returnable deposit at a rate of 5 % from contract cost.

This requirement for all buyers. We are ready to meet in Moscow for inspection of planes and contract signing.

Visas the Buyer is made out at own expense.

The buyer should send the list of delegation and if the Invitation the Letter with the request to make such Invitation and copies of passports is necessary.

I hope that the detailed information from us will allow to make to you the Decision and we wait your answer.

This offer operates within 10 days since 10thNovember, 2008, before reception LOI from the Buyer.

Further actions will be on the basis of LOI BETWEEN the Buyer and the Seller and after reception of acknowledgement of the deposit the Buyer will spend inspection and signs the contract within 7 days if planes are comprehensible and pays other sum direct bank remittance within 5 days.
