·  Aircraft Maintenance Organizational Superintendent. Oversaw daily operations of all aspects of aircraft maintenance. Responsible for 1000+ aircraft mechanics and technicians to include oversight of daily production metrics, training and qualification programs as well as quality reviews and improvement initiatives--recognized as Senior Noncommissioned Officer of the Quarter.

·  Program Manager. Responsible for coordinating activity between multiple contractors and military agencies as part of a combined test force--awarded Air Force Flight Test Center 2011 Test Team of the Year.

Formulated, documented, and reviewed all unit publications, documents and products. Organized and lead unit level meetings, briefing, and tours. Management

·  Planned and executed 8 aircraft deployment package; organized/prepared 125 technicians along with $7 million dollars of equipment--provided critical joint forces training.

·  Orchestrated first-ever home station checks on 10 deployed B-1B aircraft, established key inspection criteria, and saved thousands of dollars in rotating aircraft in and out of theater--received the Lieutenant General Leo Marquez award for management.

·  Upgraded training curriculum and methods, cross-trained personnel in job duties resulting in lower supervision requirements and a significant cost savings in overtime and overhead costs.

Operations & Logistics

·  Capitalized on Six Sigma skills to successfully monitor 19 unique programs, identify noncompliance areas and permanently rectify errors using root-cause analysis--received excellent overall rating from command's Inspector General.

·  Primary logistical advisor for a 550 personnel unit and responsible for $40 million in equipment. Managed a $1.25 million budget and 21 separate programs.
