Thank you for your interest in Cave B Inn & Spa at SageCliffe, and Cave B Estate Winery. We are a 30 room inn and boutique winery. While we are able to gift to a limited number of non-profits, there are many more worthy organizations than we can possibly support through donations. In order to further support the efforts of non-profit organizations, we have created this special pricing program for qualified 501c3s.

Typically, organizations are able to solicit significantly more for our wines and Inn packages than the pricing offered below, making them profitable auction items. We look forward to servicing your requests. You can be assured that we will take good care of all guests you send our way.

To process your Special Pricing Request:

Email your special pricing application to , and send your check to the Mercer Island address indicated at the end of this form. Once we receive your special pricing form and check, you will be contacted by Kim Bryan, who will send you photos and verbiage for use in your event catalogs. Please note: After the event, we will need to be emailed with the name of the item recipient. A certificate for the item will then be made with the individual’s name indicated. We will email the certificate to the procuring individual. It is your/the organization’s responsibility to get the certificate to the purchaser of the item.

·  For auction items, we cannot donate to silent auctions; only to live auctions.

·  We cannot change dates for Inn Packages or extend expiration deadlines for gift certificates.

·  Reseller’s Permit: Due to a new change by the Dpt. of Revenue, those who purchase from us will need to have a reseller’s permit. If you/the organization does not have a reseller permit, tax will need to be added to your special pricing purchase. We realize you may be unaware of the reseller permit: please visit the Dept of Revenue site: http://dor.wa.gov/Content/FindTaxesAndRates/RetailSalesTax/ResellerPermit/default.aspx to learn more. If you do not have a reseller permit, the following tax will be added to your special pricing purchase. Please add this to the special pricing amounts indicated in the chart, above, and include your in check total:
