You should complete this form if you require a sealed copy of a judgment or order.
Unless the court orders otherwise, on payment of the prescribed fee the registrar must furnish a sealed copy of any judgment or order that has been entered in the proceedings to any person who applies for such a copy. (UCPR 2005 36.12)
A fee of $60.00 is payable for a sealed copy of a judgment or order.

Cheques and money orders are to be made payable to the Supreme Court of NSW.
To comply with an audit recommendation aimed at minimising the risk of fraud, the Court is unable to accept credit card payments via email. If you would like to use a credit card to pay a fee without attending the registry, you will need to post your credit card details to the Court. The Court will then store this hard copy advice securely in a safe until the credit card transaction dispute period expires.
