Hand made of formed concrete with beveled edges and a stamped Christmas tree on the front. Christmas tree is painted green with green grass and blue sky.

On the back is a hand painted scene of what maybe Mary leading a donkey hitched to a wagon of hay, a child (?) is sitting in the hay. They are walking on a path between fences. There is a stick tree behind one fence and dark dots in the background. Colored paints are faded.

A granite fieldstone rests in front of the headstone and the concrete plot marker with the number 11-15 rests behind the headstone.
