I am a strong and inspirational leader. I am fast paced and think and lead with a mature and strategic focus and with exceptional people skills. I have a proactive; sales and enterprise focused approach combined with a strong socially orientated ethos. This is complimented by an ability to see the bigger picture, creativity and, a visionary outlook that I can break down to create clear pathways and strategic plans through to detailed operational delivery plans, processes and key performance indicators. I am recognised for my ability to see through information, to understand what is actually needed to solve problems and, to help others to understand the critical success factors that will drive outcomes. I am intrepid, agile and prepared to take bold action. I am willing to take calculated risks; am genuinely optimistic and constructively tough minded. My tenacity and resilience enables me to find ‘out of the box’ solutions to complex problems that may not always be obvious.
